These last days before Jesus' soon return, I believe is the church's finest hour. The local church is the center of what God is doing in the earth today. Every member of the body of Christ is important and has a part to play in the local church. The Helps ministry is the key factor in the success of any ministry. We have some of the finest anywhere, here at Abundant Life Church.
Our vision for the Abundant Life Fellowship Church children is to see them grow up spiritually and full of the Word of God. We want them applying the knowledge they receive, to their daily lives with boldness to stand for what they believe and boldness to share Jesus with others, In other words, being a doer of the Word and not hearers only. It is vital to teach Jesus' life, works, death, burial, resurrection, and present day ministry to the children. At an early age we would like to impart confidence in the Word of God, applying it to every circumstance in their life. We believe the children of ALFC walk in victory and will be a great part of the end time harvest.
Our vision for the youth is to teach them how to succeed in life by knowing God's Word. We want them to understand God's way of doing things so that they will know how to operate in His Kingdom. By knowing how to get results from God's Word, they will be able to live a victorious Christian life. Our desire is to see them grow up in God and become all that He has planned for them to be.
Philippians 3:14 The Message Bible
I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward - to Jesus. I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back.
As young adults, we know that it is our responsibility to live our lives for Jesus in such a radical way, that we will impact generations to come. Our desire is to not only love God with all our hearts, but to love each other as well. The mission of the Legacy Builders is to provide good, Christian fellowship for young adults. It is so important to have people that you can pray with, laugh with, and worship with. We would love for you to join us. What will your legacy be?
Matthew 22:37-39
Jesus replied, "You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important. Love your neighbor as yourself."
The Good Lifers of ALC consist of people over 50 years of age. We believe God’s goodness and blessings increase as we grow older. We also believe we need one another and enjoy fellowshipping together with our spiritual family. The younger generation should see the older generation enjoying life in Christ.
Psalms 71:18
“Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.”
Proverbs 16:31 NLT
“Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is gained by living a godly life.”
The ALC Praise and Worship Team's mission is to minister to the Lord and minister to people with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Our goal is to help create an atmosphere that leads people to praise, magnify, glorify, and honor our Heavenly Father.
Psalm 33:1-3 The Voice
Release your heart’s joy in sweet music to the Eternal.
When the upright passionately sing glory-filled songs to Him, everything is in its right place. Worship the Eternal with your instruments, strings offering their praise; write awe-filled songs to Him on the 10-stringed harp. Sing to Him a new song; play each the best way you can, and don’t be afraid to be bold with your joyful feelings.
Psalm 150 Amplified Bible
Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty heavens. Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to [the abundance of] His greatness. Praise Him with trumpet sound; Praise Him with harp and lyre. Praise Him with tambourine and dancing; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flute. Praise Him with resounding cymbals; Praise Him with loud cymbals. Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)
